I have XMPSSE and I have this effect as well in Skyrim VR. And of course UI mods such as SkyUI, RaceMenu, Extended UI, iHUD, SkyHUD, Quick Loot, iEquip, Sovngarde Font, iActivate, etc. Stuff like SSE Engine Fixes, Havok Fix, Unofficial High Def Audio Project, Alternate Start, Yes I'm Sure, Better Messagebox/Dialog Controls, etc. 
I'm also using a ton of tweaks and fixes.
